I have users getting this too

I have been trying to roll out my smartupgrade and it clearly been a miss everytime. I get users whose LN say there are no matching Kits, Users who complete the upgrade process but then Smartupgrade says it failed when it hasn't. Just a big pain for me.

Here is a screenshot of mine. All the Surunas file is is the Kit file with the following parameters in it:

-d -s -a /s /v"ALLUSERS=1 SELECTINSTALLFEATURES=SametimeUI,Editors,Feedreader /qb+!"
